PKD Media

The changes going on at PKD Media continue to roll along, with writer Adam Besenyodi taking on the task of helming the final chapter of Exo-1 & The Rock Solid Steelbots!.

For those that are unaware of the Exo-1 franchise, the webcomic aired weekly on PKD Media from November 2009 to September of 2010 while it was being prepared for an Original Graphic Novel Release. Former Manager-of-Operations of PKD Media, Shawn Pryor had penned the first three chapters of Exo-1, but his heavy involvement with Action Lab Entertainment led him to bring the talents of Besenyodi on board to complete the story.

Besenyodi is most known for his acclaimed book Deus ex Comica: The Rebirth of a Comic Fan, which breaks

down how comic books influenced his childhood and his return to reading comics in his adult years while witnessing his child’s first journey into reading comics. He has also served as an editor and writer with PopMatters, and has contributed articles to magazines such as ToyFare & Back Issue.

Exo-1 & The Rock Solid Steelbots is currently being looked at by additional publishers for release in 2011. It features the artwork of Daniel J Logan.
